Faiz Shakir

Faiz Shakir is the Founder and Executive Director of More Perfect Union, a progressive nonprofit advocacy journalism organization devoted to advancing economic justice. Shakir is also Chief Political Advisor to Senator Bernie Sanders and led his 2020 presidential campaign. He previously worked Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, Speaker Nancy Pelosi, and the ACLU.
